Kodie Smith
Kodie Smith is eleven years old and an avid artist. She loves to spend hours drawing, painting and coloring her pictures. This love of art and drawing began at around the age of three. Kodie first began to show developmental delays at six months old. After years of ups and downs and various specialists and tests, we have never found an overall specific diagnosis for Kodie. We are left with multiple diagnoses including Chronic Encephalopathy (non-fatal), Motor Apraxia, Speech Apraxia, hypotonia, Growth Hormone Deficiency
and gravitational and sensory issues.
Recent lab work to determine if Kodie's body was producing Growth Hormone in the levels needed for growth and other things show that Kodie is growth hormone deficient vs delayed growth.

"I wanted to let you know, that for the first time, with the funds raised just in January, we will be signing Kodie up for session of therapeutic riding at a center near here. She will not start until spring, as it is an outdoor center. This is something we have wanted to do with Kodie for a few years now. Angel Boy Art has given us a way to raise the money to cover the cost of this. We are now currently trying to raise funds to purchase Kodie a Micah Special Needs Tricycle"
